About The Jentile Opinion
Hi, I’m Richard — the mind and voice behind The Jentile Opinion. I started this because I felt like we’ve reached a point where truth has become optional. People repeat what they hear without asking where it came from, and too many folks are afraid to speak up if what they believe doesn’t fit the crowd. I think it’s time to bring some plain talk and good sense back to the table.
This isn’t a news site, and it’s not a sermon, either. It’s a place for real conversation — about faith, life, and the way this country’s heading. Some days we’ll touch on politics, other days it might be something more personal, but every bit of it comes from an honest place.
I’m not perfect, and I don’t claim to have all the answers. What I do have is a belief that God gave us the ability to think, reason, and discern truth for ourselves. And if we stop using those gifts, we start losing the ability to tell right from wrong — and that’s something I’m not willing to stand by and watch happen.
You won’t find slogans or feel-good fluff here. What you’ll find are thoughts meant to make you pause, maybe nod, maybe even disagree — but always think. My goal isn’t to tell you what to believe; it’s to get you looking at things with your eyes open again.
I believe faith and reason aren’t enemies — they go hand in hand. The Bible says, “Come now, let us reason together.” That’s what this space is about. Talking it through. Thinking it through. Seeing what’s true and what’s been twisted.
So, welcome to The Jentile Opinion. Pull up a chair, take your time, and read a while. You might not agree with everything here — and that’s fine. What matters is that you care enough to think for yourself.
